Thai kicks
-opposite hand covers face, same hand behind body

1-2 combo / clench / knee / thai kick
-do not lock fingers, cup hands
-tight w. forearms, push off after knee
-work timing

Do the above back and forth driving pads. If no push reset

Kamuras from back

Armbar from back
-pick an arm same leg over, move hips other leg crosses in front of head, arch up

Knee bar
– from closed guard sit up, knee up, break guard w. elbow, swoop same arm under, fall back, let foot slide to armpit, figure 4 grip, lean back chest and hip up, ideal put leg over to control

Armbar from mount

-knee up opposite hand pushing down swoop leg up and over
